Cardless cash withdrawals can now be different banks!

Withdraw cash without a card usually done with the same bank. But now it can be done between banks. PT Rintis Sejahtera (PRIMA Network) is working with 5 banks to provide cardless cash withdrawal services or cardless cash withdrawals from us (between banks).

Cooperating banks include PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BNI) as purchaser, PT Bank CIMB Tbk (CIMB Niaga) as purchaser, PT Bank Multiarta Sentosa Tbk (Multiarta Sentosa) as issuer, PT Bank DKI (Bank DKI) as issuer and PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) as issuer .

Thanks to this commitment, customers of DKI, Danamon and Multiarta Sentosa banks can later make cardless cash withdrawals at BNI bank ATMs and CIMB Niaga bank ATMs with PRIMA logo throughout Indonesia.

BNI Deputy Chief Executive Adi Sulistyowati explained that the paperless cash withdrawal service is a form of digital transformation presented by Bank BNI to respond to the changes in behavior of people who now prefer fast, easy, secure and fully digital transactions .

“Because after this pandemic, the digitization process has accelerated and this has also changed our customers who may no longer transact at our stores. This has changed the lifestyle of customers and BNI must follow suit”, he has declared. Adi Sulistyowati, who is familiarly called Susi, added that BNI is ready to work with other PRIMA Network partners in an effort to streamline customer service.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PT Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, expressed his appreciation for the collaboration between Bank DKI and the PRIMA Network in the use of cardless cash withdrawal services at the Bank BNI and Bank CIMB Niaga ATMs marked logo BEFORE.
