Cardi B has decided to delete her Twitter account after she came under criticism over reuniting with husband Offset. “I am getting so tired of this,” said the 28-year-old rap star during an Instagram Live session.
Cardi B actually wanted to separate from the rapper, but announced last week that she still wants to give him a second chance. Incomprehensible, some fans thought, and Cardi is now fed up with that criticism. “A whole group of 15-year-olds telling me how to live my life like I’m fucking Ariana Grande or someone from Disney,” she spits back in the video.
The rapper emphasizes that she does not have to hold anyone accountable for choices she makes in her private life. “I’m so tired of people saying I have to explain all the time.”
For that reason, Cardi has decided to delete her Twitter account. “I love my fans and I am grateful for what you do, but some of you pretend that I have a relationship with you.”
Cardi and Offset have been married since September 2017. In 2018 they had a child together, Kulture.
