Card payments only in Arena Paderborn Home Deluxe

Paderborn. Visitors to the Paderborn Home Deluxe Arena have to prepare for a change from this season: SC Paderborn announces that payments can only be made without cash at the stadium’s drinks and snacks outlets. The change takes place in collaboration with the responsible partner companies.

From now on, payment in all food outlets in the area can only be made with a credit or debit card using the contactless NFC method as well as with PIN entry. It is also possible to process contactless payments using smart payment devices such as smart phones or smart watches.

Those fans who do not want or cannot use the new payment options have the option to use a reloadable payment card. It is possible to charge at several charging points in front of the stadium. The locations are in front of the east stand (between entrance 1 and entrance 9) and in front of the south stand (between entrance 2 and entrance 3). As soon as the stadium opens on match day, the charging points will also open.

There is no minimum value to add to the payment card

The payment cards are not personal and can be used indefinitely without additional charges. The deposit for the payment card is five euros. There is no minimum cost value. The maximum amount that can be loaded on the card is 150 euros.

The current balance on the card can be displayed quickly and easily at the loading and unloading points. This information is also displayed when paying at the respective payment points.

Fans can take the payment card home with them after visiting the stadium and use it at the next home game. It is also possible to return at any time at the loading and unloading points.
