For applicants of legal age:
- Original or copy of valid official identification of the applicant, (INE, passport, military card, professional license, or driver’s license issued in the state of Guanajuato).
- Original or copy Single Key of the Population Registry (CURP)
- Original or copy of proof of residence for the current fiscal year or proof of residence issued by the corresponding authority.
For minor applicants:
- Original or copy Single Key of the Population Registry (CURP)
- Original or copy of proof of residence for the current fiscal year or proof of residence issued by the corresponding authority.
- Express consent for the use of personal data signed by the parent or guardian.

How long does it take to deliver the card?
Physical cards are delivered within a period of 30 business days, at the service unit where you registered.
When the service unit is in a special event, the physical card is delivered immediately.
The electronic card is delivered immediately at the end of the online pre-registration.
How long can I use it?
If your Card is electronic, it will be valid for 3 months, and can be renewed online for up to 3 more months.
If your Card is physical, it will be valid until 2024.
