On Saturday August 21, the author met many people during a signing session which took place in the Cultura store. Opportunity for her to present her latest novel, “Rien n’est written”, released by Editions Robert Laffont.
After Nîmes, Rivesaltes and soon Toulouse, it is at the Cultura store in Carcassonne that Sandrine Catalan-Massé came to meet the readers for a signing session on Saturday. Opportunity for this adopted Montpellier to present her latest novel Nothing is written (Editions Robert Laffont), also published in paperback. His first novel, Hurry, life is waiting for you was also available. “It is only happiness to be able to exchange with people, I love it … They ask a lot of questions, come to tell me their stories”, rejoices the author. Among the meetings of the afternoon, there is in particular this woman come to take a bath of culture while taking advantage of the air conditioning of the store. She left with the two novels in her pocket: “Me when I’m hungry, I find out!”
Journalist specializing in health and psychology, Sandrine Catalan-Massé confides that“writing novels leaves me a greater space of freedom. If I write, it is to give sensations to the readers”. In 2016, his first novel was born, published by Eyrolles, “Hurry up, life is waiting for you”, where she talks about “the fulfillment of an incomplete woman … To say it’s never too late.”

In his new novel Nothing is written, she deals with more “resilience, the transmission of values”. The author also explains that like Jacob, one of the characters in the book, she is a teenager: “My father died when I was 20 … And like Jacob in the novel, I also looked for a letter from him to guide me … but I couldn’t find it!” Two novels “that do good, where the reader can relate to and perhaps find answers”.
