Carabineros shoot a driver who would have tried to evade control in Florida | National

During the afternoon of this Thursday, an arrest was registered in the service boulevard of the Plaza Vespucio mall where a woman was shot in Florida.

According to preliminary information from the Carabineros, personnel of the institution were carrying out a vehicle control at the intersection of San Carlos de Ancud and Vicuña Mackenna streets.

A motorist noticed the operation, so she ignored and would have accelerated his vehicle against the uniformed.

Faced with this, one of the carabinieri drew his service weapon and carried out a shot against the driver.

After this, the driver was arrested and transferred to Hospital La Florida since she was injured, according to the description of the police “apparently mild.”
