Car wash employee dies in shocking crash in the Bronx

A shocking car crash caused a commotion, at 5:30 in the morning this Sunday, in the Bronx. The employee of a 24-hour car wash died after being caught in the middle of both vehicles.

The police detailed that the terrible incident occurred on Webster Avenue, near East 168th Street.

A security camera captured the moment a Ford Escape truck, at full speed, hit the door of a Toyota RAV4, right where the 54-year-old victim was.

Two women were driving the truck and fled on foot after crash in the Bronx

The two people who were driving the Ford Escape truck made the decision to flee on foot after the crash. According to the authorities, these are two women who are being sought.

The car wash employee was transferred to Lincoln Hospital, seriously injured, and where he was pronounced dead minutes after his admission.

For his part, the driver of the Toyota RAV4 is a 58-year-old man and was also injured, however, fortunately he only suffered minor injuries.
