The fire brigade fought the fire from several sides, including using a turntable ladder. The emergency services were able to prevent the fire from spreading to an adjacent part of the building.

Problem: The water supply on the workshop premises was initially difficult, which is why the fire-fighting water had to be supplied via tank fire engines and over a long distance.
The fire brigade was deployed at the scene with 107 emergency personnel, including the training fire station. The Lichtenberg district office was also on site with the disaster control officer Philipp Cachée.
