A car ended up upside down in a lock along the Honderdbunderweg between Drunen and Vlijmen this afternoon. According to our 112 correspondent, this happened around half past one after a collision with an oncoming car. The occupants of the car that ended up in the ditch sustained minor injuries, he said. They also got a wet suit. They managed to get out of the car themselves.
A passing cyclist just managed to get to safety. The driver of the oncoming car escaped unscathed. It is unclear what caused the two cars to collide.
