An unknown car drove into US President Joe Biden’s motorcade in Delaware on the evening of December 17, when the Biden family was leaving the campaign headquarters; the presidential couple was not injured.

Details: According to witnesses to the incident, a silver sedan with Delaware license plates drove into a parked SUV that was guarding the president’s motorcade as Biden walked from the campaign headquarters to his armored car. It happened in downtown Wilmington at 8:07 pm on Sunday.

After the incident, the sedan attempted to continue driving through the closed intersection, but was quickly surrounded by security officers. Agents pointed their guns at the driver, ordering him to put his hands up.

Biden was put into a car, where his wife was already sitting, and quickly driven to their home in Wilmington.

It is reported that the couple is safe and that the incident did not affect the American president’s schedule.
