Electric
The incentive system provides that for thepurchase of electric carswith a price of up to 35 thousand euros plus VATit is possible to request a contribution of 3 thousand euros. They can be added another 2 thousand euros with the scrapping of a vehicle less than Euro5.
Hybrid
The eco-bonus will be financed with 220 million in 2022, 230 in 2023 and 245 in 2024. To buy plug-in hybrid vehicles with a price of up to 45 thousand euros plus VAT, you can have a contribution of 2 thousand euros. With the scrapping they can be added another 2 thousand euros. In this case, the funds available are 225 million in 2022, 235 in 2023 and 245 in 2024.
Traditional
For cars with traditional low-emission engines and some types of mild hybrids and full hybrids with a price of up to 35 thousand euros plus VAT, it is possible to request a contribution of 2mil euro only with scrapping. This category is funded with 170 million in 2022, 150 in 2023 and 120 in 2024.
Only to individuals
“Incentives for the purchase of electric, hybrid, plug-in and endothermic vehicles are granted only to natural persons – clarified a note from the Mise -. A small percentage of funds is reserved for car sharing company for the purchase of electric, hybrid and plug-in vehicles “.
Green mopeds and motorcycles
The Mise further clarifies: “For the thermal mopeds and motorcyclesnew from factory (categories L1e, L2e, L3e, L4e, L5e, L6e, L7e) a contribution of the 40% of the purchase price and up to 2500 euro with scrapping. “This category of eco-bonus is financed with 10 million in 2022, 5 million in 2023 and 5 million in 2024.
