“Car Accidentally Drives Into Group of Cyclists in Sweden, Injuring Two”

There were around 20 cyclists in the cluster when the car drove into them, according to Swedish media. Two cyclists are seriously injured.

A car drove into the cluster of cyclists on a small road in Nora municipality, north of Örebro, at 10:20 Sunday.

There must have been around twenty cyclists in the cluster, according to the reports to the emergency services.

The extent of the damage is unknown, but at least two of the cyclists are said to be seriously injured, according to the newspaper Nerikes Allehanda. They must be taken to hospital.

Six ambulances were called and a helicopter sent out, but they should have left the scene now, according to the emergency services.

– Two ambulances have driven to hospital, one remains for inspection, and the others have left the scene. The helicopter has returned, it never managed to land, says Nina Begallo in SOS Alarm to the news agency TT.
