Toyota offers the Fortuner 2.8 VRZ by way of a subscription. For those of you who don’t want to pay in installments or buy a car in cash, Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) presents the KINTO program.
KINTO is a special program from Toyota that offers convenience and flexibility for customers to use the car they want only by subscribing, without having to think about maintenance of the vehicle used (hassle-free).
“Through KINTO One and KINTO One Syariah, customers can use the New Fortuner 2.8 VRZ 4×2 GR Sport for only a subscription of 14 million rupiah per month,” said Toyota.
The KINTO One subscription package has a duration of 36 months and includes full service. This includes periodic service fees, tax & vehicle registration extensions, insurance, emergency roadside assistance, and battery & tire replacement. So, consumers just use the car without thinking about service and paying taxes.
The New Fortuner is also equipped with after-sales service that provides convenience in vehicle maintenance. Thus, customers no longer need to think about periodic service fees because they will automatically benefit from the Free Periodic Service Fee Program (Service Fees and Spare Parts) up to the 6th periodic service (maximum 4 years/ 50,000 kilometers, whichever comes first). The benefits of this program can be enjoyed at all official Toyota outlets in Indonesia.

The following is the official price of the Toyota Fortuner 2.8 VRZ:
– 2.8 VRZ 4×2 A / T: 580,900,000
– 2.8 VRZ 4×2 A / T GR Sport: 597,900,000
– 2.8 VRZ 4×4 A / T GR Sport: 684,500,000.
This Fortuner 2.8 VRZ comes with a new diesel engine coded 1GD-FTV with a capacity of 2,755 cc VNT Intercooler. The power is greater to 203.9 PS at 3,000 – 4,000 rpm and 499 Nm of torque at 1,600 – 2,800 rpm. For comparison, the previous 2GD-FTV 2,393 cc 4-cylinder VNT Intercooler engine produced 149.6 PS at 3,400 rpm and 400 Nm of torque at 1,600 – 2,000 rpm.
“The difference is quite large, approximately the power increases by 36% and the torque increases by 25% (compared to the 2,400 cc 2GD engine in the previous Fortuner). Acceleration 0-100 km / h (engine) 1GD is faster to 11.9 seconds, at 2GD 14 seconds. Likewise, when accelerating at a speed of 60 – 80 km / h, the 1GD engine recorded a faster time of only 2.8 seconds, while the 2GD engine was 3.7 seconds,” said Marketing Director of Toyota Astra Motor Anton Jimmi Suwandy when the virtual launch of the New Fortuner 2.8 VRZ, Thursday (13/1/2022).
Anton said, although it has more power, this 2,800 cc 1GD engine has more or less the same efficiency and CO2 as the previous 2,400 cc diesel engine.
