Capelli has announced that it is launching a green and innovative development project in Bron “combining attractiveness and sustainability”. This real estate program includes 50 apartments for free access, 61 parking spaces, an associative third place and an “urban vertical farm”. This project is intended to be “emblematic of eco-responsible urban development which aims to enhance unoccupied spaces and develop the residential offer in the sector”.
Transformation of rue Albert Camus
The project is part of the transformation plan for rue Albert Camus. A green development project has, according to the promoter, “been designed to meet the objectives of sustainability and attractiveness, two of the imperatives at the heart of the city’s development”. Lyon is directly accessible by tram from the Fort de Bron stop, located a 5-minute walk from the residence. In addition, Saint-Exupéry airport is only 20 minutes away by car. Capelli also specifies that a wide range of schools and shops are located in the immediate vicinity of the real estate program.
