The safety and adaptation works of the road shoulder in the Varco Cilentano area, at the Via Gaiarda di intersection, were delivered this morning. Capaccio Paestum. Currently, the area subject to intervention is used as a roadway, while the neighboring quay is bumpy and devoid of any arrangement that would make it safe. The intervention, therefore, consists ofadaptation and arrangement of a road shoulder which will be carried out without distorting the state of the places. It will be installed inside the dock an iron and glass shelter with steel seat for waiting for the bus by pedestrians.
The intervention involves the construction of sidewalks on the perimeter of which they will be installed iron railings for greater pedestrian protection. The sidewalks will also cover an existing consortium canal. The inclusion of access ramps for the disabled is expected. The area will be adequately lit. The installation of noticeboards for public posting is also planned.
