The defendants are the legal representative of a resort and two former heads of thePO area Tourism of the Common and of Area P.O. from the Local police who is accused of having arbitrarily modified the state of the places of a state-owned land to make it suitable for vehicles. On the area in question, which falls within the nature reserve called “Sele-Tanagro River Mouth“, subject to landscape and environmental constraints of significant public interest, various environmental crimes were allegedly committed: diversion of the course of the water, modification of the state of the places, works carried out without authorizations and, when there were, even those that did not comply with the approved project, destruction of natural beauty.
