Cap Emploi 57: 27th European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities – Forum and Free Shuttles in Thionville

“We target all types of disabilities, visual, motor, hearing, mental, psychological or cognitive. With a mixed profile, made up of half men and women, often aged over 45 who have suffered a life accident which has left them disabled,” explains Sabine Delchambre, deputy coordinator of Cap Emploi 57, specialized, in particular, in the professional integration or return to employment of disabled people. Targeted at digital, the 27e European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), which takes place from Monday 20 to Sunday 26 November at the multifunctional space in Veymerange, will host the “employment & disability” forum on Tuesday 21 November from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with 70 stands. “For several years, this event has established itself throughout the Grand Est to mobilize the various partners, both institutional and private, around the issue of professional inclusion. »

Free shuttles

While remaining on strategic points, the “employment & disability” forum moves every year on the Moselle territory so that employers and people with disabilities can come easily. Last year, it was held in Metz, this year, it is in the Thionville sector. Two free shuttles are set up from Fameck, Florange, Hayange. And for Thionville station and Thionville Liberté parking, it’s non-stop. The objective is to bring together in one place everything that can help people with disabilities return to employment or progress in this process. »
