There is no respite for the canteen service in municipal schools Salerno. After the controversy over the quality (and quantity) of meals served to young students and after the chaos generated in the first days of school due to the postponement of payment dates, a new problem is now creating difficulties in service. The technical problems
«Given the technical problems linked to the PagoPA circuit – we read in the note sent by the municipal offices – we inform you that starting from 10 October and until the correct functioning of the system is restored, meals will be guaranteed to all users registered with the school lunch service, including those who have a residual credit lower than the reference threshold and those for whom no there is still credit for any top-up». In practice, no meals will be suspended and all children will have a guaranteed place at the table, even those whose families are behind on payments but no money is arriving in the municipal coffers which, in any case, will have to be recovered.
