Monica Aryasetiawan, Canon Business Unit Director pt. Datascrip explains that the Canon EOS R3 is the mainstay camera for professional photographers who need speed, high image quality, and toughness for shooting in all terrains.

According to Monica, Canon continues to develop the EOS iTR (Intelligent Tracking & Recognition) AF X with deep-learning technology. With an ISO range of 100-102,400 which can be increased up to 204,800, the new sensor on this camera also has the capability to shoot in low light conditions without worrying about noise at high ISO. The 24.1-megapixel resolution on this camera is 20% higher than the EOS-1DX Mark III and EOS R6, and its resolution performance exceeds that of the 30.4-megapixel EOS 5D Mark IV.

To meet video needs, the EOS R3 is also capable of recording video in 6K 60p RAW or 4K 120p 10-bit format without cropping. Users can also get 4K 60p video which is of higher quality by oversampling from the 6K format.

Like the EOS R5 and R6, the EOS R3 is also equipped with 5 AXIS In-Body Image Stabilization of up to 5.5 stops and when paired with a compatible RF lens, the effectiveness can be up to 8 stops, making on-the-go video shooting smoother, and also at the same time. long exposure shooting without a tripod also becomes more stable.
