JAKARTA – The Canon ImagePrograf Pro-300 printer targets professional photographers, printing businesses, and photography hobbyists who need color accuracy in printing photos.

The printer is equipped with a 10-color ink system which is claimed to provide high accuracy and good color gradation. Besides being equipped with Wi-Fi technology, this printer can also meet printing needs up to A3 + size.
Canon Business Unit Director PT Datascrip Monica Aryasetiawan said, sharpness, color accuracy and smooth gradations in printing photos give satisfaction to professional photographers. “Including in presenting perfect photos for clients,” he said.
The Canon ImagePrograf Pro-300 is equipped with a new pigment ink model. Namely the Lucia Pro 10-ink. He claims, it can expand the range of color reproduction. Especially when printing on glossy and matte photo paper media.
–According to Monica, the matte black ink on this printer can specifically increase the density of black when printing on non-glossy paper. It also enables a wider monochromatic range for a sharper image in dark colors and black and white prints.
With this system, Monica’s claim to black becomes darker, less dull and more shiny.
Using special inks for Matte Black and Photo Black, the Canon ImagePrograf Pro-300 allows users to switch from matte to glossy photo paper media in various print jobs, without the need to exchange black ink.
The printer is also equipped with an L-Coa Pro processor which is designed for the needs of printing large amounts of image data and high speed.
It only takes less than 65 seconds to print an A3 + size image / photo. In addition, it can also meet optional printing needs up to 330 x 990.6 mm in size.
Well, what’s interesting is, even though it can print sizes up to A3 +, this printer has dimensions that are 15% more compact than the previous generation Pixma Pro-10. Users find it easier to put the printer in one corner of the work room or home. It’s also easy to make print settings on the 3-inch color LCD screen.

How much it costs? PT Datascrip as Canon’s authorized distributor in Indonesia markets the Canon ImagePrograf Pro-300 Printer with a tag of Rp. 11,249,000. Meanwhile, the PFI-300 Ink (Cyan, Gray, Magenta, Matte Black, Photo Black, Photo Cyan, Photo Magenta, Red, Yellow, Chroma Optimizer) costs IDR 282,000 per color.
