Eleven people for six seats: This is the starting point for choosing the new school care facility. The parties have announced their candidates in the last few days. School care will be leaner for the next school year: Instead of 43 part-time school carers in the neighborhoods, there will then only be 6 of them, who will each assist the school city council in a 50 percent workload. The population did in the fall accepted the school reform with the yes to the new municipal code.
The Progressive Alliance claims four of the six seats. In this, the SP, Greens, GLP and EPP have come together to defend their seats in the city council. Allianz sends a representative of the SP into the race for school maintenance: Susanne Trost Vetter (1956) is a Cantonal Councilor, Germanist and Vice-President of the District School Maintenance Department Veltheim-Wülflingen. Christoph Lanz (1971) is the headmaster in Dietlikon and lecturer at the University of Education in Zurich.
