Hamburg’s canals are a filigree network of canals with a rich history. On this tour we learn what the job of a fleet kieker, the barge and ewer guide looked like and get to know the house of the oldest brewery in the city. We discover the routes of earlier important canals, the biotope on the green Schute at the Alsterfleet and the modern promenades for outdoor catering directly on the water.
