Laser-tech rockets could shorten space travel.

Bobo.idThe planet Mars is neighboring planet Earth, which is the fourth closest planet to the sun.

The distance of the planets Mars and Earth is as far as 62,069,570 kilometers. According to scientists’ calculations, it takes about 500 days for humans to reach the surface of Mars.

But Canadian engineers say there is transportation that could shorten the human journey to Mars.

In fact, this engineer said that a 500 day trip could be shortened to 45 days, lo.

How do you get to Mars in just 45 days, huh?

Laser Transport Technology of the Future

A team of talented engineers at McGill University in Canada has apparently designed the future interplanetary transport technology.

Apparently, the interplanetary transportation system utilizes a laser system, friends.

Laser is a mechanism of a device that emits electromagnetic waves.

Lasers are usually in the form of light that cannot be seen or seen with the normal eye, through the process of emission

The laser beam is usually single, emitting a fixed energy.

This laser has an incredible speed, which is 300 million meters per second.

Therefore, if a machine that has a laser system will be able to take us to Mars in just 45 days.

But, the machine has not been found, friends. The combined engineer team is still working with United States Space Agency (NASA) to finalize the design and try to build the machine.

The plan, the laser system transportation technology machine will be completed in the 2030s.

In the 2030s, NASA plans to send a research crew to Mars.

How Does Laser Transport Work?

Engineers from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, say they have developed a laser-thermal propulsion system, in which a laser is used to heat hydrogen fuel.

It is a directional energy transport system, using a large laser that is fired from Earth.

The laser beam is useful for sending power to the spacecraft which generates electricity and in turn propels the craft rapidly.

The spacecraft will experience a drastic acceleration as it nears Earth, then hurtle toward Mars during the next month. Once on Mars, the main plane lands and the backup plane returns to Earth.

Reaching Mars in just six weeks is something that was previously only possible nuclear powered rocket.

Unfortunately, nuclear power poses a very high risk to life on Earth.

The team of engineers confirmed that the laser technology could enable rapid transportation within the solar system.

This system uses a laser beam to propel the craft into space at a certain speed. The more powerful the laser, the faster the spacecraft will fly.

In fact, this laser technology can send a satellite weighing half a ton to Mars in just three days!

Meanwhile, if using a larger spacecraft takes about one month to six weeks.
