/ world today news/ Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said yesterday that Canada will provide Ukraine with a new batch of military materials, including weapons and ammunition, to support the country’s military operations. The weaponry includes nearly 11,000 assault rifles, 9 million rounds of ammunition and more, according to the Canadian government’s official website.
Since the start of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Canada has committed to providing Ukraine with military support worth C$2.4 billion (about US$1.8 billion).
