But recently it is rumored that WhatsApp allows users to create status / stories in the form of voice messages (voice note).
The novelties of this function have started to circulate since last July. However, according to a site that often leaks information about new WhatsApp features, WABetaInfoIt was found that the feature is being prepared in WhatsApp Android version 2.22.21.5.
As usual, WABetaInfo also includes photos of this new feature leak. The photo shows that the appearance of the voice note function in the state is similar to a chat bubble.

It can be said that the bubble has a similar appearance and design to those sent by the user voice note in the conversation (WhatsApp chat).
When this feature is official and fully implemented, users only need to perform a few simple steps to load a status in the form of a voice recording.
Users just need to open the Status tab in WhatsApp, at the bottom right of the screen there is a pencil icon. Tap the pencil icon, then a microphone icon appears in the bottom right. Then, tap the microphone icon to start recording sound.

According to reports WABetaInfo, WhatsApp also allows users to log in to change the background color of the voice message. The background color can be done by tapping the palette icon image (palette) top right.
Also, the voice status will be played automatically every time the user opens the voice status update. The duration of the loaded voice recording is up to 30 seconds.
