Can I Travel to the USA with a B2 Criminal Record?

Hello everyone.
So I am creating a new topic because unlike similar topics that I have read, people who were worried about being denied access to the USA because of their B2 were talking about judgments old enough for the B2 to be automatically erased (this is erased after 5 years if no other new sentence is imposed).
For my part, the judgment took place a few months ago, I do not know if the fact of having consulted confidential data without being authorized to do so in the professional context is part of facts contrary to moral turpitude (as the court says). American law), but this consultation did not cause any harm because it was not disclosed, only after judgment, given that it is an offense this resulted in an entry in the B2 criminal record.
For my part, however, this professional error is far from being a serious crime or misdemeanor capable of causing serious injury to a person, property or a government as specified in ESTA.
But the B2 is there! And so if I answer NO when I request ESTA, will that pose a problem?
Because answering YES = ESTA refused.
Can the American immigration services have AUTOMATIC access to B2 or B3?
I consulted Legifrance with the mutual legal assistance agreements, I even asked my lawyer the question, I got no details, no one has the information, and on the internet you can find anything and everything when it comes to unofficial sites.
I remain in the question to know what to answer, because for me, personally, a serious attack seems more like an attack mentioned in box B3 and not box B2 (these boxes being classified by severity).
For me it would be logical that it is the B3 which is issued to the American authorities, because it mentions serious crimes and misdemeanors, and I do not think that my poor consultation of data at work endangers the American population during my trip to New York with wife and children…
What do you think ?
Do you have any information or feedback from people in a B2 locker who traveled shortly afterwards with an esta?
I don’t want to wait 5 years to go to New York.
Thanks in advance
