Government extends policy PPKM level 2-4 on the islands of Java and Bali until August 16, 2021. The rules regarding domestic travel for airplanes are changing
The rules related to the rules for domestic aircraft travel are contained in the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 30 of 2021. In the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 30, there is an addition to aircraft points.
Now, travel by plane between cities or districts within Java-Bali can show a negative antigen (H-1) result provided that the second dose of vaccination has been obtained, and a negative H-2 PCR result if you have just received the 1st dose of vaccine. in the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 27 of 2021.
Here are the differences:

n. domestic travelers using private cars, motorbikes and long-distance public transportation (airplanes, buses, ships and trains) must:
1) show a vaccine card (at least the first dose of vaccination);
2) show H-2 PCR for airplanes and Antigen (H-1) for private cars, motorbikes, buses, trains and ships transportation modes;
3) the provisions as referred to in number 1) and number 2) only apply to arrivals from outside Java-Bali or departures from Java and Bali to outside Java and Bali, and do not apply to transportation within the agglomeration area.
for example for the Greater Jakarta area;
4) for travel by plane between cities or regencies within Java-Bali can show a negative result of Antigen (H-1) provided that the second dose of vaccination has been obtained, and a negative result of H-2 PCR if you have just received the 1st dose of vaccine; and
5) for drivers of logistics vehicles and other goods transportation are excluded from the provisions of having a vaccine card,
