TV presenter Staf Coppens will soon move to Sweden with his wife Monique, son Beau and daughter Nora. He announced this on his social media on Monday. The family has decided to run a campsite in Sweden. The move of the family will be followed by his older brother and fellow TV presenter Mathias Coppens and production house Roses Are Blue and will be featured in a new VTM program. The program with the working title “Camping Cöppens” will be broadcast on VTM in the course of 2021.

“We are avid campers and have traveled through Europe by caravan or motorhome in recent years,” says Staf Coppens. “Every time we traveled through Sweden, we were amazed by amazing views, we sailed on the most beautiful waters in the untouched nature and we fell asleep under the midnight sun. We want to share that feeling with others and are now starting a new life there. ”

“We opt for a life a little closer to nature. Beau and Nora naturally also find it very exciting to go to school in Sweden ”, wife Monique van der Velden adds.
“This is not just another television project for me,” said Staf. “It is first and foremost a personal dream that we have long cherished as a family and which we are now finally going to realize. But the blood creeps where it cannot go. If I can combine this dream and my other passion, I would of course like to do so. The whole family is behind it, otherwise I would of course never do this. ”
