Campania Lex Start at the University of Salerno

So that they can have their say, so that they actively participate in the process legis, so that tomorrow is not too late but the future is designed with their own hands and their own ideas. In the middle of a tour of the high schools of the Campania Lex Start, last Monday, met with UNISA. The project conceived and promoted by Andrea Volpecouncilor of the Campania Region of the Italian Socialist Party – Free Campania – Noi di Centro – Noi Campani council group, which invites young people to write a regional law with their own hands, has landed at the Department of Political Sciences and Communication of the University Of Salerno to listen to the proposals of over 70 students of the General Sociology Course.

«Dialogue with young people is always nice, listening to their ideas is constructive. The desire to participate is strong, and it is incredible how much it manages to ignite spirits. This stage is already part of the second group of young legislators that we recruit from among students in our area with the aim of bringing them concretely closer to the regional institution» says councilor Volpe.

This meeting, like all others, is only a plenary session, in the second phase, the interested parties will be actively involved, they will simulate the legislative procedure in the Chamber of the Campania Legislative Assembly and then arrive, as already happened last January, at the drafting of a real regulatory proposal, which will have its process in the competent Commissions and in the Council. New stages on the horizon: Lex Start continues its journey among students and will be at the University again (on 6 May) and soon also at Battipaglia e Montecorvino Rovella.
