Last night the TV special program kicked off Pauw’s Election Debates concluded with a series of one-on-one debates between party leaders. D66 party leader Kaag and Ploumen of the PvdA were the first to turn. They agreed on many points, although Kaag was critical of the PvdA plan to increase the burden on business by tens of billions. Ploumen in turn accused D66 of cutting back 400 million euros on healthcare.
