CAMP AT LÖKHOLMEN 2024 – NOTE. New procedure- NO STRESS!!!
Dates for each camp will be updated by November 1 at the latest.
1. Membership priority
As a KSSS member if you buy a queue place sometime during the period 15–26 November.
The queue is personal and costs SEK 150. You prioritize which camp you want to go to first, second and third. If you can only go to one camp, you only want one. You buy one queue place per child.
The queue list is ranked on 27 November according to how long the registered member has been a member of KSSS. This means that the time of the report does NOT matter. You do not need to have your membership number, it is important that you enter your child’s social security number – 12 digits.
On November 30, you will be notified via email whether you have received a place at the desired camp or not. The camp site is confirmed by paying the camp fee (via the link in the email) within 7 days. If the camp site is not confirmed before December 5, the place will go to the first person on the queue. The stall fee is not refundable. If you don’t get a place, you will be put on a reserve list.
2. Post-release – first come, first serve on December 11, 2023 in the KSSS-SHOP
We are saving a small number of places at each camp for one post-release on December 11 with the principle first come. If you do not get a seat on November 30, there may be a small chance to buy a seat on December 11.

Membership fee
Membership in KSSS is mandatory for all our camp participants and is not included in the camp fee but is paid separately.
If the camp participant is not already a member, the membership fee must be paid at the latest in connection with the camp registration. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that he is a member when he registers. For 2023, the membership fee is SEK 620 and for those aged 0-19, there is no additional entrance fee. Link
Members who join on or after November 1 pay for the coming year 2024, and is registered as a member from the date of payment. Avi for 2024 has been emailed to you who are a member, if you are a member and you have received an avi by email, you can contact KSSS.
Notification
Registration can only be done via our Online store. We do not accept any notifications by email or phone.
Cancellation policy
We refund the camp fee minus an administrative fee of SEK 1,500 (SEK 400 for the day camps) up to 30 days before start of camp. After that, nothing is refunded in case of cancellation. Registration is personal. If possible, contact the camp manager at [email protected].
