Polish authorities announced the arrest of four people in connection with “parcels containing camouflaged explosives,” which were reportedly sent via courier companies to countries; Among them is the United Kingdom.

Today, Tuesday, the British news agency PA Media quoted the National Prosecutor’s Office in Poland as saying that the arrests related to sending packages that “spontaneously ignited or exploded during land and air transportation operations” to European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

The office added that the group’s goal was to “test the transportation channel for such packages, which were eventually intended to be sent to the United States and Canada.”

Counter-terrorism police are reportedly investigating whether Russian spies planted a bomb in a package that caught fire inside a delivery warehouse after it arrived on a plane to Britain.

News revealed that firefighting teams and employees dealt with a fire that broke out in a DHL warehouse in Minworth, near Birmingham, on July 22.

The package, which reportedly contained an incendiary device, is believed to have arrived at a DHL warehouse by air. But no further details about the plane and its flight path were revealed.

On Monday evening, anti-terrorism police said that the arrests referred to by the Polish authorities had not been carried out within the framework of their investigations.
