Camorra feud in Pagani: 14 years for “Zuccherino”

Camorra feud on the Pagani-Poggiomarino axis: 42 and a half years of sentences for three defendants with overall sentences of just under the request of the Anti-Mafia Prosecutor of Naples during the closing speech. Only one acquittal.

For the boss Rosario Giugliano – alias ‘o minorenne -, current collaborator of justice, 13 years of imprisonment, 14 and 6 months for Alfonso Manzella alias Zuccherino, the neomelodic son of Giugliano’s partner, Teresa Caputo. For the latter there was an acquittal. Fifteen years, instead, for Gianluca Marano. This was decided, with some acquittals on the charges, by the panel of judges of the Court of Torre Annunziata yesterday evening in charge of a trial with ordinary procedure. Furthermore, the three convicted were banned from holding public office for the duration of the sentence with the loss of parental responsibility. For all, at the end of the sentence, also three years of probation. Now we will have to wait 90 days for the reasons for the sentence.
