Coach Antonio Conceiçao has just released his 28 Indomitable Lions, who will defend the colors of Cameroon at the African Cup of Nations, from January 9 to February 6, 2022. The list of 28 players who will defend the colors of Cameroon at CAN 2022 was made public this Wednesday, December 22. Coach Toni Conceiçao left players stranded who seemed to have their chances, like Sacha Boey. The defender of Galatasaray was however on the list of 40 preselected. Léandre Tawamba, current top scorer in the Saudi championship, Duplex Tchamba, Joyskim Dawa or John Mary were also not selected on this list.
