A tragic event shook the city of Yaoundé, more precisely in the Nkoabang district, involving the death of a soldier from the BIR (Rapid Intervention Battalion), David Rugal Ango Mendo. The latter was fatally stabbed in the abdomen during an altercation with young people from the neighborhood.
The incident took place during a brawl that occurred in this locality of the Cameroonian capital. The precise circumstances of the altercation still remain unclear, but according to initial information collected, an argument broke out between the soldier and a group of young residents of Nkoabang. During this confrontation, David Rugal Ango Mendo was stabbed in the abdomen.
