And that in 2020 Orange Digital Center Cameroon is created, a third place that brings together all the programs ranging from training through support, to the acceleration of start-ups and investment in these latest.
This strategic entity has thus since its creation facilitated access to employment for 560 young people.
Training and employment opportunities for young people
Orange Digital Center offers several free programs to strengthen the digital capacities of young people and boost their access to employment, such as digital training at all levels, recruitment events (Speed Recruiting), networking opportunities and more.
High-potential programs such as the “Orange Summer Challenge” have also enabled students in digital fields to materialize their innovative ideas and grow their entrepreneurial spirit.
All these initiatives are bearing fruit, as 560 young people have found employment following the programs followed at the Orange Digital Center.
In addition, the jobs obtained cover a wide range of fields such as web development, data analysis, telecommunications, networks, banking, insurance, accounting, marketing and communication. .
By adapting its programs to current professional needs, Orange Cameroon has been able to facilitate the integration of young people into the labor market in sectors that are recruiting.
