Cameroon News :: Criminal justice experts denounce the gendarmes of the 1st Gendarmerie Region :: Cameroon news

The Criminal Justice Experts formally oppose the maneuvers of the Gendarmes in service at the First Gendarmerie Region; maneuvers tending to cast opprobrium on their noble profession so that it loses all consideration both with the institutions of the Republic and with national and international opinion. The Criminal Justice Experts are not only determined to support the judicial institutions of our country in order to prevent miscarriages of justice, the protection of human rights but also to work for peace.

The Criminal Justice Expert ESSOMBA BELINGA Arnaud Médard has been under attack for several months by the Gendarmes of the First Gendarmerie Region as part of a “land mafia”

Mafia, the subject of numerous criminal investigations on his part with the support of the Criminal Expertise Firm WACHOU & Associates Limited.

The moral probity of this Expert is not the subject of any dispute, although the Gendarmes believe they can damage the reputation of the latter by exploiting a complaint that is not credible from the point of view of the victimological analysis of the named KENWE TIOMO Pascal.

Even though the professional address of the Sworn Criminal Expert of Justice ESSOMBA BELINGA Arnaud Médard is known to all, these Gendarmes from another era in service at the First Gendarmerie Region subtly use wanted notices instead of judicial mandates to undermine the rights of citizens including Criminal Justice Experts who are Auxiliaries of Justice.

The Criminal Justice Experts challenge the Government of the Republic on the subject of attacks, threats, intimidation, influence peddling, concealment of procedures with which they are now permanently confronted and above all reassure the Head of State of their sense of patriotism and justice for all Cameroonians.
