Excellency Mr President of the Republic of Cameroon,

At the moment when you are going to address the nation for the 45th time with a view to formulating your wishes, I have the privilege of anticipating to express to you my satisfaction as well as my support. I do this because I remain deeply convinced that the message delivered in 1982 on the town hall square of Yaoundé, after your accession to the supreme office, and after your tour in the country, continues to live and guide millions of our compatriots who love peace and justice.

Unfortunately, certain senior officials in whom you trusted have simply betrayed these noble ideals, and plunged our society into dangerous divisions. They probably did it by getting the wrong country and president, the wrong ambitions and possible results, but they have caused us and continue to cause us immense harm. Faced with this situation, brave others, determined to preserve the essentials of our national unity as well as the jealous achievements of our rich diversity, stood up and still stand up every day, to block their path and maintain the ideal that you have been playing since 1982 alive.

This is why I allow myself to come with reverence to your highest republican and supreme authority, to file a complaint against Mrs. Régine Essemene, senior magistrate and Advocate General at the Supreme Court for the grievances listed in the subject. The attached images present the reality and scale of a criminal act out of all proportion. Industrial and agro-pastoral units worth several billion have been systematically destroyed, looted, broken and put out of use. These units represent the works and efforts of a lifetime, those of compatriots who believe in their country and in your protection, and who have sacrificed to invest, create jobs by the thousands, bring water and electricity, open roads in the middle of the forest. All this no longer exists, ruined by this magistrate fueled by hatred and greed who maintains a criminal militia in full view of all the authorities mysteriously incapable of acting.

It is in the face of all this, the despair, the immense pain and the damage to the image of our country and to the confidence of citizen investors, that I decided to refer to the ultimate father, the savior. I believe in our country, and am ready to sacrifice myself for its cause. No one will sow anarchy and disorder without being punished. No one is above the law. I am going to bring the news to the desperate victims of this barbarity, to tell them that the President of the Republic, the supreme leader, will act, so that a united, peaceful and reconciled Cameroon lives.

Looking forward, with my highest consideration, support and deep patriotic deference./.
