If you are looking for the secret of radiant skin, you may want to follow in the footsteps of Cameron Diaz – the actress recently revealed that she never washes her face. Diaz, 49, took part in Michelle Visage’s Rule Breakers podcast and told the RuPaul’s Drag Race star that she had strayed from some public expectations and norms after giving up on Hollywood years ago.
She admits:
“I am an absolute victim of all the social objectification and exploitation to which women are subjected. At certain moments, I myself have succumbed to all of them.”
While many celebrities sell expensive beauty products these days, the star said she was a “beast” when it came to her own skin care – or lack thereof.
“Literally the last thing I think about every day … as if I may not think at all during the day is how I look.”she said. “I’m literally doing nothing.”
Although she accepts her natural beauty, she says she “twice a month” puts one of her “billions of products” on her face. “It works once, doesn’t it? Is that all I have to do?” she joked.
Diaz, who married Benji Madden in 2015 and gave birth to a daughter in 2020, does run a wine brand called Avaline, but don’t expect a cosmetic brand from this actress any time soon.
