Cambre: The Society Galician Natural History denounces the route of the Via Ártabra | Radio Coruña

The Sociedade Galega de Historia Natural (SGHN) he has denounced before the Prosecutor’s office of Environment the route of the Via Ártabra between the polygon of Cambre (A Coruña) and the A-6 motorway “due to its high environmental impactnot assessed under the current legislation, and the irregularities in their processing”, as reported by the entity.

He also argues that “presents a greater environmental impact, greater cost and worse territorial articulation by modifying the layout proposed by the city Council of Cambre”. When you consider that there might be, in relation to the administrative actions carried out, possible criminal responsibilities by the project director and senior officials of the Ministry of Infrastructures, the SGHN request to the Prosecutor’s office of Environment to investigate “the possible existence of criminal responsibility for the facts denounced, as well as the stoppage of the works of the project.”
