On March 25th, with the full support of Capital International Finance Corporation, the 2023 “Caring for the Earth Hour” event was successfully concluded at FactoryPhnom Penh, Capital International Finance Creative Park.
The theme of this event is “Let’s move forward and build a better home together”, which aims to call on people to reduce the harm to the environment and reduce the use of non-renewable resources, so as to jointly maintain Cambodia’s green and healthy ecological environment.
On the day of the event, the scene was very lively, with exhibitions of various environmental protection products, talk shows, concerts and folk cultural performances. This event attracted thousands of Cambodian college students to participate. Everyone enjoyed watching exhibitions, shopping, and listening to concerts in the park.At 20:30 in the evening, under the appeal of the Capital International Finance Corporation and the Cambodian Nature Foundation, everyone voluntarily turned off the lights at home to show their commitment to a green world.
