The event, funded by the Book and Reading Fund, seeks to strengthen the mediation of digital reading in school libraries, promoting cultural experiences in various communities in the O’Higgins Region.
Recently, the Cambalache Foundation kicked off the “Historias al Viento” Festival, a project supported by the Book and Reading Fund, 2024 Call.
The opening day was dedicated to the professionalization of the CRA Network of the Province of Cachapoal, focusing on the mediation of reading in Digital Fiction. The activity, taught by Constanza Ried Silva of the Entrelíneas Foundation, took place in the foyer of the Regional Theater, where strategies were discussed to transform school communities into digital audiences.
The “Historias al Viento” Festival, which will run throughout the second half of the year, will tour the communes of Rancagua, Graneros, Codegua and Rengo, bringing literary and cultural events to public establishments.
The festival’s programming highlights the actors in the book ecosystem at both regional and national levels, generating spaces for interaction that promote well-being, healthy coexistence and the enjoyment of reading and writing.
