In Montreuil-Bellay, a collective catering system has been in place for several years. It is the Calypso college catering service that prepares meals for the schools in the municipality. Gold, “the Calypso college half-board, where your children’s meals are historically concocted, is under construction”, indicates the city of Montreuil-Bellay. Willing to continue to “emphasize a healthy and balanced diet and give pride of place to organic and seasonal products”the town hall has set up a partnership with the collective catering company Banquet for a period of one year, before a return to normal scheduled for September 2024. The menus will consist of a starter, a main course, cheese, bread and a dessert.
