In the morning, he had already reported the death of a 46-year-old dockworker, previously injured. The evening before, there was initially talk of six deaths. A dozen people were injured. Kiper did not provide any information on the exact location of the attack. Observers had already spoken of a ballistic missile heading towards the port of Chornomorsk, near Odessa.
Calls for blood donations were launched on local social networks. In the industrial town of Kryvy Rih in southeastern Ukraine, at least two people were injured in a Russian drone attack when a five-story residential building was damaged.
