Less than a day away from The Callisto Protocol’s release date, developer Striking Distance and publisher Krafton have released expanded PC system requirements, including max and ultra configurations. A few days ago the authors presented the minimum and recommended features.

The complete system requirements are as follows:

Minimum:

    • 64-bit processor and operating system required
    • Operating system: Windows 10/11
    • Processor: Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600
    • RAM: 8GB RAM
    • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580
    • DirectX: Version 11
    • Disk space: 75GB

Recommended:

    • 64-bit processor and operating system required
    • Operating system: Windows 10/11
    • Processor: Intel Core i7-8700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600
    • RAM: 16GB RAM
    • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 or AMD Radeon RX 5700
    • DirectX: Versions 12
    • Disk space: 75GB (SSD recommended)

Maximum:

    • 64-bit processor and operating system required
    • Operating system: Windows 10/11
    • Processor: Intel Core i7-9700K or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
    • RAM: 16GB RAM
    • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 2070 or AMD Radeon RX 6700XT
    • DirectX: Versions 12
    • Disk space: 75GB (SSD recommended)

Ultra:

    • 64-bit processor and operating system required
    • Operating system: Windows 10/11
    • Processor: Intel Core i7-9900K or AMD Ryzen 7 3900X
    • RAM: 16GB RAM
    • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 3080 or AMD Radeon RX 6900XT

    • Disk space: 75GB (SSD recommended)

Set in a prison on Jupiter’s moon Callisto, the game follows the harrowing experience of Jacob Lee as he attempts to escape from prison after the inmates start turning into monsters. The game will be released on December 2nd and the pre-download process has already started for players who pre-ordered the game.

The game developers often comment on the game’s visual capabilities on next-generation consoles and PCs.
