Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 is getting 1v1 combat in gulag next month – Gaming – News

Those peak player are nice, but those stats don’t say much. Those are the Steam numbers, not from Battle.net and not from other platforms like Xbox and Playstation. I also just play the game myself via Battle.net I wouldn’t know why I would play it via Steam, the older versions weren’t even available via Steam. So the question is what percentage of the players plays the game via Steam and what are the numbers that play via Battle.net.

I only play DMZ myself, as far as I’m concerned the best game mode they could have released. I’ve seen Battle Royal and the whole formula. DMZ, on the other hand, is innovative, maybe not in comparison to other games, but it is for CoD. The possibilities there are also much greater and I expect that they will focus much more on DMZ than Battle Royal.

Edit: I don’t understand at all why Warzone 1 was so great to many, the game mechanics and especially the running and the slide cancel were just terrible. It just didn’t make any sense, just watching some “pro” players play made you dizzy and sick. Only the people who had mastered it could easily beat the casual players, which is more difficult now because with a good aim and some map knowledge you can go a long way.
