Call of Duty has resurfaced again in the form of Call of Duty: Vanguard , which this time transports the players back to the many fronts of World War II.
While not a major departure from the familiar formula, developer Sledgehammer Games has added just enough new features to help this new first-person shooter feel fresh and exciting. This means that, whether you just discovered the series or are a really old fox, you have to grab the multiplayer changes.
Fortunately, we are here to help you. Below we have put together a list of tips and tricks for Call of Duty Vanguard multiplayer to help you stay in that MVP spot in every multiplayer match.
Change your FOV immediately

If you have spent time with a competitive first-person shooter games, you know how important Field of View (FOV) is. Because the more of the map you can see, the better chance you have of seeing players who continue to flank you or lie in wait to snap you. It’s really easy to change and it will make a huge difference in multiplayer. Open the settings menu, click on the Graphics tab, scroll down to the Gameplay section and adjust the FOV slider to the desired setting. This long-awaited feature will make a big difference for console players.
Each benefit / accessory / ammunition has its time

Although the methane of Vanguard will be the freshest at launch, the developers behind the game have still managed to create something of a balance so no combination of benefits or accessories will make you invincible. We suggest that you use the Radar benefits during your first hours as it will reveal the shooting from everyone on the opposing team – even if they use attenuators. There is no dead silence either, so you should have a better chance of surviving early. Interestingly, there is also an opposite to that tactic – to use subsonic ammunition.
Take advantage of the return of destructible environments

Although Vanguard does not go that far Battlefield 2042 When it comes to destruction, developer Sledgehammer Games has included destructible environments in each of its multiplayer maps. Not every wall or floor can be blown away, but those that can provide new ways to flank other players, or provide a way to escape if you were to be exposed to intense fire. Rainbow Six Siege players will find much potential here when it comes to tactical options. It also feels cool to run through a wall like an angry Vinnie Jones.
Be tactical with oppressive and blind fire

Battlefield players will know the importance of repressive fire, but it’s a fairly new concept within CoD. Vanguard is the first version that includes oppression as an active mechanic in games from time to time. It works like this: players under heavy fire will find that their speed of movement is noticeably reduced and FOV seriously affected. Like everything in Vanguard, suppression fits into methane with its own calculators. The use of blind fire (where you can shoot around the cover without having to peek, which interferes with strong damping fire) is very helpful, as are benefits such as Low Profile.
Use Combat Pacing to filter matches by your desired game speed

Combat Pacing is a new addition to the CoD formula. It is a filter that divides matches into three types – Tactical, Standard and Blitz – where each is defined by its game speed. Tactical offers slower, measured games with a higher TTK (time to kill) similar to classic battle royales; Standard is your classic and instantly familiar CoD match; Blitz is about fast action that focuses on larger maps and higher player numbers. Find the pace that works for you!
