Through the Season 5 files, it was possible to gain access to the first promotional images for Call of Duty: Vanguard, which Activision is preparing to officially unveil on August 19th.
The company has already confirmed that it is developing a new Call of Duty for release in late 2021 and that Sledgehammer Games is leading the way, but to date it has not revealed details of the name or chosen setting.
After months of speculation around the Vanguard name and World War II as the stage for new conflicts, images were discovered in the popular battle royale that show the name and the existence of several editions. Lucas, Polina and Wade are the Operators that appear in the images, along with weapons such as Snowstorm, Thunderhead and Breacher, weapons that you can use in Campaign, Multiplayer or Zombies modes, which take place in European and Pacific locations during World War II .
