Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, MW3, and Warzone arrive on Xbox Cloud next week

1

Xbox will receive Call Of Duty Black Ops 6 and the rest of the current ones in the franchise on its Cloud Gaming service.

Call of Duty Black Ops 6 confirmed to be available day one on Xbox Cloud Gaming and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This means that players will be able to enjoy the game’s beta starting October 25. In addition to Black Ops 6, Microsoft announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Warzone will also be on Xbox Cloud for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers on the same day. Players will be able to enjoy the saga on a wide range of devices, including consoles such as Xbox Series X and Series S, PC, mobile devices, select Samsung televisions, Amazon Fire TVs and Meta Quest devices.

The arrival of Black Ops 6 to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate marks an important change in the way these games are distributed, leaving traditional separate purchases behind. This new access model opens the door to greater flexibility for players, who can now play on different devices without needing to be tied to a high-end console or PC.. This release is the first of the franchise to be incorporated after Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard, whose impact on the industry we have not yet seen.

On the other hand, Microsoft is rumored to be planning to further expand Xbox Cloud Gaming, allowing users to stream games they own, but that are not part of Xbox Game Pass.. This update could begin rolling out in November, giving players even more options. I would also highlight Xbox as the platform that achieved what Google Stadia failed miserably. Without a doubt, the launch of Black Ops 6 and these additional features will position Xbox in a privileged place within the video game market.
