Iliass Bel Hassani leaves PEC Zwolle immediately. The midfielder has reached an agreement with Al Wakrah from Qatar. This brings the Bel Hassani adventure in Zwolle to an end.
PEC confirms the transfer news Monday through official channels. The midfielder did not impress for a moment in Zwolle and made his most minutes as a substitute. In total he played fourteen times for PEC, in which he scored five times. It is said that a very good salary is waiting for the creative midfielder at Al Wakrah.
Bel Hassani has previously worked together with the current PEC Zwolle coach John Stegeman, but at the time the marriage between the two was more successful. Bel Hassani earned a transfer from Heracles Almelo to AZ, but he hardly got any play in Alkmaar.
